If we are to understand more about the true nature of the cv19 injections, as well as gain a better perspective on how and why they came to be and are so harmful, I think it's key for us to explore the findings of paralegal researcher and analyst Katherine Watt and former pharma executive Sasha Latypova.

My understanding from studying these women's' research is that one of the reasons why the use of these jabs has not been summarily halted, despite overwhelming evidence of the death and injury they're causing, is because these products are a) not actually pharmaceutical products, and so they are therefore b) not being regulated by FDA.
Rather due to Operation Warp Speed and the contracts between US DOD and the pharmaceutical companies who DOD paid to manufactured these shots, they are considered to be "countermeasures" - aka WEAPONS OF WAR. Therefore the agency in charge of regulating them is not FDA, but instead BARDA. Which, ironically, is not a regulatory agency at all.

Shasha has also said that it is due to the HHS department repeatedly renewing their declaration that a cv public health emergency exists over these past 3 years every time the previous one expires, that these jabs, manufactured and deployed under EUA, are still in use.
The last time the HHS Secretary, Xavier Becerra, renewed this emergency declaration was just a few weeks ago on Jan 11.
If there were no such emergency being repeatedly declared by HHS, none of these unapproved bioweapons would still legally be allowed to be jabbed into peoples' arms. Because authorization for their use is only contingent upon the existence of a health emergency declared by HHS!
