I just learned you had a substack and I'm so glad you are here. I take supplements, but only about a dozen pills per day -- and more if addressing health issues. I have an inclination/affinity to research things, so I wanted to add two comments about the dietary supplement topic.
Regarding the mention of methylene blue in Minute 45:00 above, a good research article is at [ PMC7440159 ] and they gave the reduced form of it to COVID patients along with vitamin C and NAC with good results.
Regarding natural control of blood pressure, good resources are The Salt Solution by Boynton, McCarty, and Moore and you might be interested in the Pegan Diet promoted by Jeffrey Bland at [ PMC8325496 ].
But a very good (possibly the best-ever) three-part series comes from Mark Houston:
My husband and I take around 60 supplements a day. they are spread out during the day. But when we don't take them for a few days, boy do we feel it! My husband has anemia, so we spread out a low dose iron for him for his energy levels. He had a bundle branch heart attack in 2007, so he takes Co-Q10, nattokinase and others and because of these supplements along with life style change, he's outlived his stints. ;)
Speaking of supplements well I definitely take a lot because of health issues. I take every herb you can think of and still can not sleep. Plus non stop hot flashes. Any suggestions? I know I’m missing something. Diet is good to your standards.
Since we were made from dirt I happily take my vitamins and am grateful for the supplements. We take Dr. Wallach’s multi. Been grinding flax seed in yogurt for breakfast with fruit, nuts and an occasional dose of chocolate milk. Shhh don’t tell Dr. T. Since the skamdemic we take extra D, magnesium and collagen and always extra C. But our health comes from the Lord who made it and keeps us well. So that’s about 11 pills. You look great and seem very perky.
I watch you on Substack, my question is, how do I interact with you when you ask how many out there think they take too many supplements. Where is it that I should go to be able to join in?
I take quite a lot of vitamins and herbs.

Thanks for being so courageous and caring, Dr. T!

Dear Dr. T and morning coffee show,
I watch you on Substack, my question is, how do I interact with you when you ask how many out there think they take too many supplements. Where is it that I should go to be able to join in?
