At the rate of change of positions from federal sometimes state agencies to the pharmakia and then back to the government system of some sort. Sometimes these people will be at the pharma industries and even serve of academic boards at the same time. It shocked me they can throw a fake study together and have an unknown person sign off on it giving them more prestige to have the story meet their outcomes to get approved by their buddies in federal agencies fast tracked approval even if is dangerous such as the case of viox. I believe the only way to stop the revolving door is if you worked at approving drugs agencies prohibit going to the pharma industry for20 years. This helps to reduce the backdoor deals that they make between agencies and pharma.
I know we are all ready for changes. The revolving door, has to stop. Public service was never to be a road to wealth and using the influences of public positions to gain is and always will be wrong. Rumsfeld also allowed aspartame to be used in the US despite its being banned in Europe and elsewhere .
