1. I tested for metals and found out I have a high lead and mercury level. Can you advise how to get rid of these?

2. I am having severe brain thinking gaps. I want to get a scan with contrast to determine if I have Alzheimer’s disease at age 72. Is this the right thing to do? What kind of doctors are needed for these issues?

EDTA will chelate heavy metals.

Look for Dr Bryan Ardis’ EDTA formula.

Actually, the Mediterranean diet is the Arabic diet. All of the ingredients listed comes from Palestine, Lebanon and Syria, which is basically one land. We are Eastern Mediterranean. The Greeks also adopted the Mediterranean diet, no different than Baklava, the Middle Eastern dessert made of filo pastry sheets, filled with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey.

This is a Palestinian dessert but the Greeks have it too in their restaurants. So the true Arabic diet is the Mediterranean so we would fall under the 1.5-3.2 Prevalence of the CVD.

One of my favorite supplements was designed by the late cardiologist, Dr. Stephen Sinatra (a great proponent of the Mediterranean and Asian diets, as well as grounding): https://www.healthydirections.com/products/heart-health/omega-q-plus-max

It includes essential fatty acids, CoQ10, turmeric, resveratrol, chromium, L-carnitine, B6, folate, and B12.

Thanks for sharing.... and I didn't know Steve had passed on. Guess we're all getting older. His work and training were a big part of my early career in Integrative Medicine.

Thank you Dr. Tenpenny. I appreciate you answering my question. I will read the article and tell my sister.

Thank you Dr. Tenpenny, I have been taking a 95% curcuminoid supplement, and it is the only thing that helps my inflammatory disease. I told my sister to take it for her arthritis but she said her doctor told her not to take it, that it would cause problems. She is currently on Neurontin. Can you think of any idea why he would tell her that?

Maybe he should do some research before spouting off on something he doesn't know or understand. There are 100s of articles about the benefits of curcumin. Here's one:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5664031/

And a simple Google search found this--

Can you take curcumin with gabapentin?

While turmeric (particularly its sesquiterpene constituent curcumol) does interact with GABA receptors, gabapentin does not bind with GABA receptors or change GABA transport or metabolism. There does not appear to be any direct interaction between gabapentin, curcumin, piperine or capsaicin.

'Nitric oxide (NO) is associated with many physiological processes...'

I doubt this substance is nitrogen and oxygen.

Both come into being via a manmade process and are super dry gases.

Mammalian physiology is based around a wet or salt plus water system.

Why is Oxygen a poison?

Oxygen is manufactured from air.

Oxygen is not a constituent of air.

Oxygen is made by stripping air of water.

Medical oxygen has 67ppm of water contamination.

Air is measured by its humidity. Eg it’s 60% humidity today.

Oxygen obviously can not co-exist in air.

Once released from its confinement oxygen rapidly absorbs moisture from its surroundings and reverts to its natural state: air.

Oxygen is a powerful dehydrator.

When released inside the respiratory system it strips moisture from the mucosa and dehydrates the delicate alveoli.

This is the mechanism of oxygen’s toxicity.

Still think air is made of oxygen and nitrogen?

Find the volunteers who entered a room filled with 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen and lived to tell their stories.

https://open.substack.com/pub/jane333/p/we-breath-air-not-oxygen?r=ykfsh&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web

Oxygen becomes nitrogen with the addition of carbon particles. Nitrogen is simply non-flammable oxygen.

As both oxygen and nitrogen are manmade they are not going to be present in mammalian physiology.

NaCl is an essential part of mammalian physiology. Restricting salt has produced numerous chronic states of dis-ease.

Study the dis-ease of cystic fibrosis to see how chronic and acute salt deficiencies manifest.

My article titled

How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking?

This article examines the role the adrenals must play in a salt restricted body.

Absolutely a great, timely article with the effects of GO on the heart and vessels. Please do add Hydrogen Therapy to the list too. "Hydrogen administered through inhalation or injection of hydrogen-enriched saline solutions was found to reduce reperfusion damage in: Heart attack, Stroke, Acute ischemia and in organs such as the liver, kidneys, gastrointestinal tract and retina.

Multiple studies have shown that following cardiovascular surgeries, or cardiovascular arrests, the use of hydrogen resulted in a better outcome for the patient. Additionally, the brain damage which is often associated with cardiac arrest has been shown to be diminished by using hydrogen."

Thanks for sharing good Doctor. Here are a couple of minor additions to 🌽sider and for additional comments.

There is a study from India showing Black Pepper increases the uptake of Curcumin. Although black pepper may irritate some, so perhaps caution until your personal situation is known before going all in.

On Nitric Oxide, the nasal cavities contain cells that produce nitric oxide to sanitize the lungs. Studies early in the Plandemic showed deep diaphragmatic breathing sanitizes respiratory illnesses. To add additional spiritual components, use a Monastic prayer technique to it. In breath through the nose deeply, pray mentally “Jesus”. Out breath through mouth after filling all the lungs, “Mercy”.

The main ingredient we all need to live healthy productive lives comes from St Faustina's Diary;

Pure love is capable of great deeds, and it is not broken by difficulty or adversity. As it remains strong in the midst of great difficulties, so too it perseveres in the toilsome and drab life of each day. It knows that only one thing is needed to please God: to do even the smallest things out of great love — love, and always love.

Curcumin has been found to be virtually worthless in the absence of the synergism of black pepper, FWIW.

Expand full comment

"virtually worthless?" not sure that's stated correctly. More accurately, black pepper increases the absorption of curcumin by nearly 400%, making it more effectively absorbed. I wouldn't say its 'worthless' without it. That may be a fine line distinction, but it's an important difference - and why they are mixed together. :)

The featured formulation listed no black pepper in the ingredients, which is why I brought it up.
