Everyone has a focus, my dad; the harms of Fructose in our diets. Not sugar: fructose. Our body runs on Glucose. Cane sugar is 1/2 fructose, 1/2 Glucose. Our body doesn’t metabolize Fructose well and thus too much, > 10 grams a day is toxic to our bodies. So if a food product has greater than 20 grams of sugar, you are getting more fructose than your body can handle. RFK Jr. is focusing on all toxins in our foods and trying to get them
removed. My dad feels if pure glucose where the only approved sugar to add, it would solve many if not all health issues in his mind ever one of them
is linked to fructose.

I respectfully disagree with your opinions about Casey Means and think she's a great nominee for Surgeon General. I am reading her book "Good Energy," and it's excellent! She answers all your points (or accusations) within and explains her motivations to my satisfaction. I sense that she's a passionate, truly good person who desires to help Americans become healthy again. Her mother's death was definitely a catalyst for her career pivot. "Levels" actually helps people understand their glucose levels and potential insulin resistance. Using technology for good purposes is nothing of which to be fearful...using it or not is a choice. Vaccinations are very important of course, but they ARE being addressed by RFK Jr. from the top of the department. We eat food everyday, and over processed "foods" are literally killing us and hurting our children from the beginning. Changing bad eating habits is the first step towards living a healthier, happier life and having enough energy to make a big difference. Too many people don't understand nutrition AT ALL, and don't even try to. It's excellent place to start, and it is essential!

But my concern here rests on a guilt-by-association, which is admittedly not a very good method to use in the world -- because people may have different reasons for associating with others, even with power-lusting tyrants and proponents of a New World Order.

Bush II oversaw what is arguably the worst-ever moment in the history of the USA: the Patriot Act. People like Judge Napolitano fully understand the treachery of the Patriot Act, taking us most of the way toward emulating terrible Communist surveillance-states of the past, such as the horrible nation of East Germany after WWII -- complete with secret (Stasi) police who "disappear" people.
NeoCons are fascists in that regard, and they place security (for them) above freedom (for you). The fact that Calley had associated with them in the past is a stain which casts doubt and erodes trust. It doesn't make him -- or, by extension/association, her -- irredeemable, but it is something which should be addressed formally, if possible.
It is important that people remain free of their government in certain respects. It is important that privacy be maintained -- including the ability to keep your medical records private. But from where I sit -- which is admittedly far off on the sidelines -- I do not think that the Meanses agree with how important that is.
I would feel better if Calley and Casey held a televised press conference and said:
"Look guys, we're not here to capture all of your private health data and put it into a centralized government database which could then be turned around and used against you in a dystopian technocracy.
