This is the result of inadequate rules and regulations which allow US government agencies to be "captured" by the businesses they are supposed to regulate. Agencies like the FDA and the CDC think that they represent the industries instead of the public. Among other problems, the employment of agency personnel by industry and vice versa. Hopefully, the HHS Sec and the President will put an end to this travesty.
I wonder how many death certificates have "flu" or "covid" listed as the cause of death? About the same number as the medical system has as it is the third leading cause of death in the US behind heart problems and cancer. J
ust because a person carries the title "doctor", we must never assume that they know anything that would help a patient stay healthy. Drugs, vaccines and mRNA poisons ain't it or even close.
I got curious about influenza during COVID when all the sudden nobody had it anymore. I looked up NIH flu surveillance numbers pre-COVID and found some interesting things in I believe the 2018 data. It was interesting because something like 4 times as many people were hospitalized with the flu as were laboratory tested positive with the flu. I don’t recall the actual numbers anymore but it is an interesting rabbit hole to research.
At the same time, I ran across a study done at Fort Benning boot camp in I believe 2017. It is pretty well known that a fair number of recruits get an unspecified Influenza Like Illness when they go to boot camp. This was true when I went to Navy boot camp in 1982. So much so that, unless allergic, we all got a big shot of penicillin first thing when we got there. I believe their theory was to prevent any nasty viral infections from becoming a dangerous bacterial infection in a weakened person. Regardless of whether this was good medicine or not it was well known that this viral “crud” as they called it was nasty but they did not ever analyze what specific viruses were involved.
In the 2017 study they determined that about 50% of the ILI was coronavirus and only about 20% was influenza. Other viruses and combinations rounded out the number. Again I don’t remember exact numbers anymore but this was presented in some international infectious disease conference and published in the Oxford review I think.
My point in this lengthy post is that it appears to me that per published data the reason influenza disappeared during COVID was that it never was that prevalent to begin with. The data would say we are frequently diagnosing respiratory illness as influenza when it is in fact something else. Often coronavirus or something else. This would help explain why the flu vaccine is so ineffective. It would also explain the massive number of positive coronavirus test during COVID-19. Lots of people, if not almost everyone, probably gets coronavirus every year or two. We have just been calling it influenza when it is often not.
Like I said, interesting rabbit hole to research should someone care to.
cdc Hipocrate that should be their name their goal is to camouflage , sugarcoat and hide the truth . They are in bed with big pharma and are compromised . Take away their funding they have failed on all levels of trust , desise has to be eliminated which is "cdc" .
