We are all still in shock about Charlie Kirk’s assassination. Let’s stop sending the horrific video of his shooting, and instead share pictures of his family and videos of his life’s work. And facts about Charlie.
Charlie could have graduated from Brown University, but instead started Turning Point USA. He was a force of nature. A while back, when asked what he wanted to be remembered for, he said “the conviction of my faith.” He lived that conviction every single day.
Because of Charlie, many youth in this country found Jesus and found hope for the future. Students were on Marxist campuses, pretending not to be conservative or Christian for fear of retaliation. Charlie would talk to anyone, particularly the Marxist-indoctrinated students that would ask him seemingly “gotcha” questions. He made them think, and the left hated him for it, so they sent a message with his shooting:
”Sit down and shut up.”
But we won’t shut up. We’ll stand up. And we’ll fear not. Fear silences, and we won’t be silenced. Christianity is growing by leaps and bounds in the 18-24 year age group. Charlie had something to do with that, and now that he has been murdered, that number will grow, not shrink.
We’re in a war. Even if you don’t want to be in a war, these people are at war with us. They hate us. They hate our way of life. They hate conservatives. They hate Christians. The Democrats and the mainstream media are fomenting it all. When Lauren Boebert tried to offer a moment of prayer in the Congress, Dems shouted her down. Trump was blamed by imbeciles like Pritzker and Liz Warren. And the mainstream media practically cheered. We are surrounded by evil. Charlie knew that.
It's a spiritual war. We must put on the armor of God instead of sticking heads in the sand. They love violence. This should be a huge wake up call for people.
We lost something — someone — important in America on Wednesday. Here’s one student’s reflection. Let’s pick up the flag that Charlie was carrying on the battlefield. Let’s push forward.

We need to be more like Charlie Kirk and speak the truth in love.
Well done Charlie Kirk your voice will live on.
